1.0 Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to a 20 Euro fee on all places booked.

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the camp or class begins will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 14 days before the camp.

Refunds cannot be given for a space taken, if a child does not return to camp after day 1.

1.1 Transfer Policy

Transfers up to 14 days before will be accommodated as long as there is room in the camp. Camp transfers do not apply where last minute spaces are available. 

1.2 Cancellations/Deferments

Bricks 4 Kidz reserves the right to cancel or defer any programme subject to demand. Upon cancellation or deferment, Bricks 4 Kidz will transfer your booking to the rescheduled date or offer a full refund.

1.3 Class Conduct

Bricks 4 Kidz reserves the right to release, without refund, any child whose behaviour becomes unmanageable.

Our Camps are largely seated, with the emphasis on fun Lego building for all. No children will be allowed to intentionally harm any other person or property/ Lego building while class is in session.

Bricks 4 Kidz does not allow students to bring any personal LEGO® bricks or mini figures to classes. Bricks 4 Kidz is not responsible for damages or loss of any personal property while at a class.

1.4 Child Health

We will require details of your child’s medical, health and behavioural conditions prior to commencing a Bricks 4 Kidz programme. Consent forms are supplied for allergies.

1.5 Staff

Child safety is our first priority. Bricks 4 Kidz instructors are individuals who have a great interest and ability in teaching Bricks 4 Kidz programmes to students in an exciting way. Each instructor is trained in teaching specific lessons involving the activities in the programmes. They are also trained in tried and tested ways to engage with all children during camp. Equally they are advised how to manage challenges that commonly arise. All challenges that arise are communicated to the owner at all times by staff.

All instructors are Garda vetted.

1.6 Take Homes

Due to the high cost of our LEGO® project kits, students do not take home projects or LEGO® pieces.

1.7 Snacks

We recommend all children bring a small snack and drink as we take a short break during the camps. We do ask you not to pack any foods containing nuts as we have seen a growing number of nut allergies in the camps. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
